Health and fitness is the thing for which human does all the works because without good health every thing and worthless because we can't have it used like good food,enjoying and playing,travelling and we get deprived of all comfort  even we can afford  that pleasure of it.health is the
 
 most precious thing in this world  because one can do a lot of thing if there  body supports them  .we can achieve a lot with a good health and also we get a long life in this world .A good health and physique is appreciated by every people in the society cause a good health highlights a special glow on the face and character of a person ,If a person will feel good and confident than a good outcome will definitely come and  the good feelings starts just like that.

Healthy body is gained by a lot of hard work like exercising,gyming,yoga and also by replacing our good tasty food to the very nutritious and healthy food ,it testes the patience and sacrifices of a people cause it takes a long period of time and hard work it is not an instant process.At this time in the world all are concerned about there health cause the environment   is changing day by day and it is being polluted and the worse thing is the change in the lifestyle of people .Modern lifestyle is full of unhealthful the children always stay at home and do 

not play going outside the modern games are making children lazy and unenthusiastic ,the television ,internet,and social media  these modern things have lead the children towards obesity and other diseases .The modern lifestyle is killing the imaginative and adaptive skills of children which directly affects the health of the youth.

The one of the most dangerous thing to the health of the society is the food ,like the change in lifestyle food style has also changed a lot the junk food has replaced the healthy food from the society .It is very bad that people are also falling in love with it and even they know that it is going to be very harmful for them and even after that  they have it and play with their future.the junk food like momos ,chow-min,pizza,burger and etc decrease the metabolic ability of the people and make them unhealthy.
The awareness for a good and healthy life is being spread by the people and government of the whole world as much as they can cause by  a healthy life we can be useful for the people for our country and set the example for the people of the world .By a healthy life we can spend more and more time with our people and well-wisher which is a dream of everyone 

 Health and fitness is the never ending process and all of the concern people thinks about it from very early age and the journey begins very soon like the wrestlers and other people related to fitness they .

Good health and fitness is not something which one can achieve entirely on our own. It depends on their physical environment and the quality of food intake. We live in villages, towns, and cities.
In such places, even our physical environment affects our health. Therefore, our social responsibility of pollution-free environment directly affects our health. Our day-to-day habits also determine our fitness level. The quality of food, air, water all helps in building our fitness level.

The first thing about where fitness starts is food. We should take nutritious food. Food rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and carbohydrates is very essential. Protein is necessary for body growth. Carbohydrates provide the required energy in performing various tasks. Vitamin and minerals help in building bones and boosting our immune system.

However, taking food in uneven quantity is not good for the body. Taking essential nutrients in adequate amount is called a balanced diet. Taking a balanced diet keep body and mind strong and healthy. Good food helps in better sleep, proper brain functioning and healthy body weight.
